Police Report
Sticky notes on a car might be a prank that is worthy of posting on a video sharing site, but it wasn’t all that funny to the car owner.
The car, parked on Shoreline Drive, got wet during the night, causing ink in the notes to bleed onto the car, potentially damaging the paint. The owner filed a complaint of criminal mischief with the Gulf Breeze Police Department.
A man behaving erratically at Whataburger on Friday, Jan. 27 caused enough concern for employees that they alerted the Gulf Breeze Police. Officers transported the 33-year-old Navarre man to Gulf Breeze Hospital for observation. A warrant is issued for his arrest in connection with cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
A warrant is also being issued for a 21-year-old woman who reacted to seeing her ex-boyfriend driving with another female by leaving CVS, getting in her car and ramming his car repeatedly.
A Fairpoint Drive resident reported on Jan. 28 that a cell phone was taken in the overnight hours from an unlocked vehicle.
