The play – Yolanda Reed’s “Women Walk Through it as if it Wasn’t There” – tells the tale of two women who meet in the waiting room area of a county counseling center.

Acting is Peltier’s favorite hobby when not attending to the business of promoting a positive climate for Gulf Breeze businesses.

One of the two women – Mrs. Harton (Peltier) – describes the room as “this chamber of miseries that steals the present from us.”

The other woman, Mrs. Symnowski, is played by Patricia Simmons.

The women have absolutely nothing in common, except that their appointments happen to be on the same day at two and three in the afternoon.

Mrs. Harton is angry, controlling and a bit manipulative.

Mrs. Symnowski is morewithdrawn and passive.

Watch and witness their confrontations over the course of nine entertaining appointments.

Though it may seem geared toward a female audience, Peltier says it’s just as entertaining for the guys.

“And for the guys – yes, it does sound like a ‘chick’ play; but we've already had several men who attended and enjoyed it,” Peltier said.

“Here's an idea for you guys – take your significant other out for a fun date night!

“Enjoy yummy pizza and several adult beverages at Ozone Pizza (downstairs from the theatre) and walk upstairs for a live theatre
