Lt. Rick Hawthorne of the Gulf Breeze Police Department reported these incidents, which occurred between Jan. 4 and 11: ¦ On Wednesday, Jan. 6, officers stopped Michael Braswell, 18, of Pensacola on suspicion of speeding and discovered marijuana in excess of 20 grams. Braswell was charged with a felony count of marijuana possession and a misdemeanor count of drug equipment possession.
