Unity Gulf Breeze welcomes Tuttle

FAITH

Tuttle Tuttle Internationally-known recording artist, author and philosopher Will Tuttle will conduct the morning service and meditation Sunday, Nov. 22, at 10:30 a m. at Unity of Gulf Breeze.

Tuttle, a former Zen monk with a Ph.D. in education from the University of California at Berkeley, also is a pianist, composer and recording artist based in California. He has worked extensively in spiritual healing, meditation, music, intuition development, vegan living and cultural evolution.

He also will offer a workshop, ‘Opening the Intuitive Gate: Keys to Developing Your Intuition,’ on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., on a love-offering basis. The workshop will concentrate on the art of meditative listening, opening participants to the inner realms of intuitive imagery.

Monday, he will offer a concert at Unity of Gulf Breeze, located in the Harbourtown Shopping Center, Unit 26, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., also on a loveoffering basis. Tuttle’s complex acoustic piano harmonies and music are interspersed with animal and nature sounds, designed to soothe and enrich its hearers.

“The concert, ‘Piano Passion,’ is offered for freedom, for earth healing, and for the happiness of every being,” Tuttle said.

Tuttle also has written ‘The World Peace Diet: Eating for Spiritual Health and Social Harmony.’ The book explains the benefits of a meat-free diet and will be available for purchase at the church during the events.

In addition to his travels and music, Tuttle has taught college courses in mythology and philosophy, and is a Dharma master in the Korean tradition.
