‘Aging gracefully’ is topic Sacred Heart Hospital’s SENIORSpirit! program will present a free seminar titled ‘Aging Gracefully: Perfecting Your Posture, Balance and Strength’ on Thursday, Nov. 19, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Rehabilitation Center at The Club in Gulf Breeze. The seminar will be presented by Susan Burke, a licensed physical therapist with Sacred Heart Health System. The seminar will teach attendees how to strengthen their core, how to have perfect posture, and techniques on keeping one’s balance. As seating is limited, pre-registration is encouraged.
