Gulf Breeze Book Club meets to discuss ‘Post-American World’

      The Gulf Breeze Book Club will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Oct. 26 at 5:30 p m. in the Gulf Breeze Library, 1060 Shoreline Drive. The book being read this month is ‘The Post-American World’ by Fareed Zakaria. Visitors are welcome to join in the lively discussions.

      After 13 hours of testimony Monday in a Special Magistrate hearing, and after a standingroom only crowd of teachers and their supporters packed the Santa Rosa County School Board meeting last Thursday, there still is no decision as to whether Santa Rosa County School teachers will get their annual step increase in salary left in their contract.
