As last Friday's game went on, Dolphin fans began seeing new faces in new positions. Fans will see more of that tonight as the Dolphins travel to Bay High's Tommy Oliver Stadium to face the Rutherford Rams. The Dolphin junior varsity and ninth grade football teams lost their first games of the season at home Thursday against Choctaw. The JV lost 24-0, while the ninth graders lost 6-0 in overtime. The GBHS boys and girls cross country teams competed at the Gulf Coast Stampede Saturday at the Equestrian Center in Pensacola. The girls placed 12th and the boys were 24th out of 39 teams. Josh Suelflow led the boys team with a time of 19 minutes, eight seconds. More ... The third annual Gulf Breeze News Bowl, the football matchups between Gulf Breeze and Tiger Point, are Saturday at Tiger Point Park, starting at 11:30 a m.
