BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida, that the said rights-of-way as herein set out and described are hereby vacated and any and all interest to the public shall revert to and be vested in the proper owners thereof.

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Willie W. Wariner, PETITIONED the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida, to vacate, abandon, discontinue and renounce any interest and right of the public in and to the following described property to-wit:

The alleyway lying between lots 1-22 and lots 23-44 in block 731 and Compton Drive north of Tuscaloosa Street and adjacent to the east line of lots 1-22 in

block 731 in the Avalon Beach subdivision Deed Book A-8, page 76, of the public

records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners determined to have a public hearing for the purpose of considering the advisability of vacating and abandoning said rights-of-way, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have on this the 9th day of July, 2009, conducted said public hearing in conformity to the said publication of their intent, and

WHEREAS, after hearing all comments concerning said vacation of the above described rights-ofway, the Board, being fully advised, and it being determined that the public interest will be best served and protected by vacating and abandoning said rights-of-way, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida, that the said rights-of-way as herein set out and described are hereby vacated and any and all interest to the public shall revert to and be vested in the proper owners thereof.
