Rick Hawthorne of the Gulf Breeze Police Department reported that Gulf Breeze Police officers responded to the following incidents from July 20-28: ¦ On Monday, July 20, officers observed a drug transaction at the 87 Depot gas station on Highway 98. They apprehended Shana Otero, 23 of Navarre at 7:15 p.m.
