AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE 2004-23 PROVIDING FOR IMPOSITION OF A SURCHARGE ON NON-CRIMINAL TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS OR CERTAIN CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS; PROVIDING FOR THE CLERK TO

COLLECT AN ADDITIONAL $30.00; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION;

AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The Ordinance may be inspected by the public prior to the above scheduled meeting at the Office of the Clerk of Courts, BOCC Support Services Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida.
