      The Pensacola News Journal recently printed a front-page article claiming the Pensacola Bay Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, through carelessness, lost the U.S.S. Lexington reunion to a more aggressive Mobile. The article stated we failed to provide meeting information even after the reunion organizer requested it on three occasions.

CORRECTION
      In the July 9 issue, Gulf Breeze News identified the wrong man as being arrested for road rage on July 4. The suspect originally provided false identification to police officers. The man later was identified as Richard Lemar Cummings, 29, of Pensacola.
