SRIA OKs off-premise sign for Sandshaker Lounge
      John Asmar brought an overflowing file to the Santa Rosa Island Authority meeting but he didn't face any opposition to his case to install an off premise sign for the Sandshaker Lounge. The board approved the sign 5-0 with Tammy Bohannon opposing.

Volunteers needed for Fort Pickens visitor centers
      Gulf Islands National Seashore Superintendent Jerry Eubanks announced today that the Seashore is looking for volunteers to assist with operating the Fort Pickens Visitor Centers. Volunteers are asked to work one day per week staffing the information desk at the visitor center, answering visitor questions and providing sales help in the Eastern National bookstores.
