Lt. Rick Hawthorne reported that Gulf Breeze Police responded to the following incidents between June 22 and July 6:

¦ A traffic crash with injury on July 5. A motorcycle driver traveling west on Highway 98 failed to negotiate the curve toward Pensacola Beach. David Weaver, 52 of Navarre was charged with DUI.

¦ Criminal mischief occurred overnight on July 4. Vandals spray painted at Shoreline Park North and South.

¦ Road rage led to the arrest of Jovan Donson, 31 of Pensacola on July 4 after he pointed a stolen gun at another driver.

¦ Road rage on June 26 when Anthony Parker, 21 was arrested for pointing an airsoft gun at another driver.

¦ Burglary of a hotel room at the Bay Beach Inn on July 4. A patron who left her room to get ice from the vending machine came back to find a 12-year-old leaving the room with her handbag. The child was also a guest at the hotel.
