Hoops for Heart today; 'Curtains' this weekend
      Gulf Breeze Middle School will be having a charity event for Hoops for Heart today. Students will compete in round robin tournament in PE.

GBES first graders put on play
     On March 3, 133 Gulf Breeze Elementary students performed the musical "How Does Your Garden Grow." Under the direction of music teacher Dottie Castleberry and with support from all the first grade teachers - Mrs. Barham, Mrs. Docherty, Ms. Gunter, Mrs. Krossman, Ms. Phillips, Mrs. Proctor, Mrs. Riley and Mrs. Shull, the children's performance was one they could be extremely proud of. The hours of practice, work and effort certainly paid off. According to many in attendance, it was simply spectacular.

Gulf Breeze shows strongly in recent county History Fair
      Gulf Breeze High School will send 10 entries to the State History Fair at Tallahassee Community College from May 7-9. Gulf Breeze Middle School will have four entries as well. The top two projects in each category from the County Fair on Friday, March 6 qualified for the state competition.
