SRIA eyes patron-only parking at Boardwalk

      With parking at a premium in the boardwalk area, the members of the Santa Rosa Island Authority are considering making spaces available to patrons only. If approved, employees would be banned from parking between Key Sailing and Island Style.

T-storm grounds Blue Angels till Sunday

      The crowds got a different air show than the one they were expecting on Saturday as a sudden summer thunderstorm cropped up before the air show began. Lightning bolts struck all around, injuring several people and causing a scare for those on boats anchored in Little Sabine Bay and Quietwater.
