ORDINANCE NO. 10-08

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GULF BREEZE, FLORIDA AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GULF BREEZE (AND SPECIFICALLY AMENDING SECTIONS 18-136 AND 18-140) REGARDING POLICE AND EMERGENCY SERVICE RESPONSE (PESR) USER FEES FOR RESPONDING TO MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS; PROVIDING AN EXEMPTION TO PESR FEES FOR RESIDENTS OF AND OWNERS OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GULF BREEZE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public in the City Clerk's office at City Hall. Interested parties may appear at the Council meetings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or public hearing, such person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and any evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
