AN ORDINANCE

The reading and adoption of the following proposed Ordinance by the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., June 12, 2008, in the Commissioners meeting room at the Administrative Complex, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida.

AN ORDINANCE OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 2005-37; PROVIDING THAT FURTHER IMPACT FEE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS FOR LOTS IN PLATTED SUBDIVISIONS SHALL NOT BE DUE UNTIL ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT; PROVIDING FOR

CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND,

PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance may be inspected by the public prior to the above scheduled meeting at the Office of the Clerk of Courts, BOCC Support Services Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida.
