City, county leaders greet GB News' editor

Gulf Breeze and Santa Rosa County business, civic and social leaders visited Gulf Breeze News on May 7 to welcome new editor Joe Culpepper to the community.

Guests including Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce executive director Meg Peltier, Quint Studer of The Studer Group, Karen H. Paulus of Snowbirds Gulf Coast magazine, Rev. Al Pruitt of St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church, County Commissioner John Broxson, Karen Szulczewski of the Better Business Bureau, Karen Jurkowich of Resort Realty, Tim Wise of Prudential Insurance and Patti Hall of Flip Flop Publishing, among numerous others, met Culpepper and his family during a two-hour reception in Harbourtown.

Gulf Breeze News co-publishers Lisa Newell and Vici Papajohn and advertising director Pam Randall also greeted residents, readers and clients.

"I'm flattered that so many people took the time to drop what they were doing to stop by and make my acquaintance," Culpepper said. "It's evident that people here love the Gulf Breeze News, and well they should. There are some extremely talented people here doing some remarkable things. Everyone here is so committed to the wellbeing of Gulf Breeze."
