Ponytails lose in Tiger Point 8-under softball action

Talia Bogan went 3-for-3 and scored three times as Gulf Breeze beat the Ponytails 15-8 in recent Tiger Point 8- under softball action.

Kara Dorsey scored twice, while Kamryn Hearn, Chloe Wynn and Kelsey Warnke all scored once.

K-9s 12, Dolphins 8: Maddie Atkinson and Anna Phelps both scored twice as the K-9s beat the Dolphins.

Erin Hoofnagle, Taylor Baker, Olivia Baregounds and Caroline Lee all scored once.

10-under softball

Tiger Point 2 12, GB3 5: Ansley Segal, Destini Ferraro and Sydney Ezelle all scored twice as Tiger Point 2 beat Gulf Breeze 3.

Megan Benoit, Jenny Watts, Brooke Torraca, Bailey Anderson, Lauren Matthews and Anna Lewis all scored once.

Zoe Wight, Mary Miles Hitchcock, Brianne Landry, Valerie Krys and Ashley Craven all scored once in the loss.

Sharks 10, Black Panthers 4: Anna Lewis, Destini Ferraro and Sydney Ezelle all scored twice for the Sharks, while Jenny Watts, Megan Benoit, Brooke Torraca and Ansley Segal all scored once.

8-under baseball

Mariners 14, Pirates 1: Brady Fritsche and Nick Myers both scored three times in the Mariners' win over the Pirates.

J.R. Ezelle, Takoah Roby, Dalton Aanestad, Bobby Murphy, Ryan Von Brock, Kyle Brown, Slade Lucas and Matthew Lovegrove all scored once.

Braves 14, A's 11: Riley Flynn went 4-for-4 and scored four times as the Braves beat the A's.

Spencer Segal and Ben Baldwin both scored twice, while Mark Breach, Trevor Hegarty, Chase Culotta, Cameron Knapp, Trent Summers and David Melaga all scored once.

Mariners 8, A's 5: Nick Myers scored twice, while J.R. Ezelle, Brady Frietsche, Riley Taylor, Bobby Murphy, Slade Lucas and Matthew Lovegrove all scored once for the Mariners.

Dylan Brayton scored twice for the A's.

Cubs 17, Pirates 11: Colin Wright went 5-for-5 and scored five times, while Will Sawarynski scored three times in the Cubs' win over the Pirates.

Sam Carpenter, Connor Stein, Trevor Compton and Tristen Bond all scored twice.

10-under baseball

Red Sox 9, Tigers 3: Brady Hammel singled and scored twice, while Dusty Rogers went 2-for-2 and scored three times as the Red Sox beat the Tigers.

Hayden Essary and Tyler Hare had two hits and scored once, while Andrew Dorsey doubled and scored once.

Jonah Roby singled and scored once for the Tigers, while Bailey Speer and Destry Nix singled and scored once. Colton Printiss went 2-for-3 in the loss.

12-under baseball

Braves 6, Cards 3: Zach Schoenwolf scored twice, including the gamewinner, for the Braves over the Cards.

Dylan Hanks also scored twice, while Jon Haden and Chris Cain both scored once.

Tom Bixler, Joey Tobin and Don Harris all scored for the Cardinals.

Red Sox 10, Diamondbacks 5: C.J. Nelson scored twice, while Zach Wilson went 3-for-3 and scored once for the Red Sox over the Diamondbacks.

Chandler Foxworth, Kale Jarvis, Zach Arner, Trent Compton, Jake Wilson, Tristen Thomas and Parker Smith all scored once.

Jake Walters scored twice for the Diamondbacks, while Mark Duntz, Evan Ogden and Kevin Miller all scored once.

Blue Jays 12, Cardinals 11: Tom Bixler went 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs scored in the Cardinals' loss to the Blue Jays.

Travis Parkins and Don Harris had a hit and scored twice, while Chase Parnell, Tyler Beddow and Alex Kagen singled and scored once.

Diamondbacks 13, Braves 6: Jake Walters scored three times, while Evan Ogden went 3-for-3 and scored twice.

Mark Duntz and Blake Myers went 2-for-2 and scored twice, while Will Turnipseed scored twice. Kevin Miller and Austin Fillinger went 2-for-2 and scored once.

Dylan Hanks, Zach Schoenwolf, Garrett Peek, Gant Player, Jon Haden and David Carrey all scored once for the Braves.

Red Sox 10, Blue Jays 1: Chandler Foxworth went 3-for-3 and scored twice in the Red Sox's win over the Blue Jays.

Christopher Laurent, C.J. Nelson, Zach Wilson and Zach Arner all scored twice, while Quinten Cooper scored for the Blue Jays.

Red Sox 16, Braves 1: Kale Jarvis scored three times, while Chandler Foxworth and C.J. Nelson had two hits and two runs scored as the Red Sox beat the Braves.

Zach Wilson, Zach Arner and Jack Wilson all scored twice, while Daniel Laurent, Trent Compton and Baylee Bunyard all scored once. Daniel Tirado scored for the Braves.
