A 2008 Cadillac CTS driven by Louise C. Lynn, 72, of Pensacola Beach, smashed into the front wall of The Friary residential treatment center at 4400 Hickory Shores Boulevard on Friday, May 2. Lynn, a visitor to the center, accidentally pressed the gas pedal when she intended to engage the brakes. There were no injuries, but authorities estimated damage to the building at $25,000.
