AN ORDINANCE OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 2005-37; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF IMPACT FEES AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION;

PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND, PROVIDING FOR

AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

These proposed Ordinances may be inspected by the public prior to the above scheduled meeting at the Office of the Clerk of Courts, BOCC Support Services Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida.
