RE/MAX on the Coast to move to Sea Shell Collections Center

Dennis Remesch/Special to the News Karen Lorenz, far right, cannot hide her joy over the announcement that RE/MAX on the Coast will be moving next to Marble Slab Creamery in the Sea Shell Collections Shopping Center later this year. From left, Agents Dione Dunn, Darcy Meredith, Catherine Schoonmaker and Deb Russell applaud the decision.
Sherlyn Waghalter, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX on the Coast, announced Friday that she will be moving her Gulf Breeze office to the Sea Shell Collections Shopping Center by December first of this year.

"I am excited to be joining this premiere location in Gulf Breeze. We will have the opportunity to reach and serve both local buyers and the tourist market," Waghalter praises. "We will have a new office layout conducive to the way Realtors do business today. Realtors are mobile, with the use of laptops and blackberries and the new space will be efficiently designed to afford the realtors access to the latest technology. We know this location will be the center of activity in Gulf Breeze and for the beach. We believe it is a great move for our clients and our agents."

"A lot of our current customers come to us from our strong national and international brand awareness, our web presence (Remax.com), and this new location will afford us the strongest physical location possible," says Waghalter.

RE/MAX on the Coast will be located next to Marble Slab Creamery on the Daniel Drive side of the center. "We all know that the real estate market has been experiencing difficult times," says Sam Waghalter. "However, RE/MAX on the Coast is proactively investing now to better serve our customers and community in future. We know our actions today will translate into a better future for our agents, our community and our customers. Ironically, Sherlyn began her career in real estate shortly before 911 and RE/MAX on the Coast opened a month after Hurricane Ivan when most people would not start a business. We don't look at obstacles - we look at possibilities. We are committed to this community and will continue to support the opportunities it provides."

And the agents are excited as well. "I'm so excited to be associated with a real estate company with progressive and positive thinking," praises realtor Dennis Remesch.

Veteran realtor and beach specialist Conna O'Donovan agrees. "The new location has the best visibility and is the 'hot spot' of Gulf Breeze. There are so many people in town and on the beach who cannot wait for it to open," she says. "In fact, when we moved here from St. Petersburg 26 years ago, my mom called Publix and told them they really needed to come up here! The timing could not be better now and RE/MAX on the Coast will be right there, ready to help the community with all their real estate needs."

"This is a very exciting time in the life of RE/MAX on the Coast, and I am honored to be a part of it," exudes Realtor Terri Davidson. "I know this prominent location will ignite sales for our clients!"
