AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SANTA ROSA COUNTY; PROHIBITING CERTAIN SOURCES OF NUISANCE NOISE; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; ADDING RECORDED SUBDIVISIONS TO DISTRICTS SUBJECT TO NOISE REGULATIONS; PROVIDING EXCEPTIONS; PROVIDING FOR WAIVERS; PROVIDING PENALTIES; REPEALING AND REPLACING ORDINANCES 2000-07, 2002-12, 2003-04, 2003-22, 2005-30 and 2005-34; PROVIDING
