Pursuant to Florida Statutes 385.50(6), a new born infant may be surrendered at a hospital. Baby Boy Doe was surrendered on December 9, 2007. Custody has been given to Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida, Inc. by Order of the Circuit Court of Escambia County. This publication is being made to notify the birth parents that this child has been placed for adoption. This publication is being made under Florida Statues, Chapter 49.011(10) to provide substitute service on the birth mother and birth father of Baby Boy Doe whose date of birth is believed to be December 8, 2007. Surrender of Baby Boy Doe was made at Baptist Hospital in Gulf Breeze, Santa Rosa County, Florida. This notice is the only notification that will be provided that a petition to terminate your parental rights as the birth mother, birth father and/or legal father of said child has been filed with the Escambia County Circuit Court and is currently pending.
