Enjoy the warm weather with an outdoor meal

Are you an unofficial member of the Bored with Cooking Club? So many men and women love to cook but hate the hassle often associated with preparing a truly tasty meal!

The Bored with Cooking Club is comprised of any and all readers who love to cook and want to share a favorite easy, quick - and still impressive and delicious recipe.

Winter may linger, but Clifford Vannoy's Shrimp Baste will make you want to head outdoors for a bar-be-que meal. For this easy and delicious dish, pick the largest, plumpest shrimp you can find locally. Peel and dehead them and brush on the spicy sauce. Let sit for at least 1-2 hours (in the frig!) so they can soak up some of the flavor.

The shrimp are perfect for a main course or as appetizers.
Cliffs Shrimp Baste:
1 cup ketchup
1 T. Tony Cachere's spices
1 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. Cider Vinegar
Mix all ingredients together and baste on or

pour over shrimp. The longer you let the

baste soak on the shrimp, the spicier and

more flavorful they become. Grill on a hot grill and cook just long enough

for the translucent meat of the shrimp to turn white and opaque. Enjoy!

For best results, serve with a large Caesar salad and a crusty french bread. If you are inclined to enjoy a more spicy fare, use more Tony's, and if you do not use less. You cannot go wrong with this tasty basting sauce!
