Flying discs sighted at Shoreline Park

There were a number of flying discs seen at Shoreline Park on Saturday, Feb. 23. But there is no need to be alarmed, they weren't UFOs. As a matter of fact, they were the drives, chips and putts of participants in the "Fair Play Sports Sunset Classic" disc golf tournament. The event was sponsored by Fair Play Sports, Emerald Coast Disc Golf Club (ECDGC) and the City of Gulf Breeze. Disc golfers, both amateurs and professionals, from accross the Gulf Coast showed up to compete for cash, prizes and fun.
