Covenant's Knee wins PACE award

Dale Knee, CEO of Covenant Hospice, was awarded the Professional Leader Of The Year award at the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce Pensacola Area Commitment to Excellence (PACE) award ceremony. Knee's professional career began in the Navy in 1965 as a search and rescue corpsman, and included being a project director for hospital ships, and leadership positions in healthcare after he received his postgraduate studies at the Wharton School of Business. He is a founding member of the UWF Center for Aging Studies. Above, he celebrates with his wife, Terri, and sons Jeff and Matt. The Goldenbergs were responsible for creating and organizing the annual Covenant Hospice Garage Sale that raised more than $1 million.
