GB hotel now a Quality Inn

There is a new flag flying at what was the Bay Beach Inn. It is now a Quality Inn.

The hotel still has the same owner, but had to undergo a facelift in order to fly the Quality Inn flag.

"We had to paint the exterior, paint the rooms, install new carpet and add awnings to all the walkways that connected the buildings," said Jana Brewer, General Manager. "We are also getting new furniture in our rooms and the rates will increase slightly."

Negotiations to reopen the restaurant are also ongoing.
