Cancun's restaurateur Rogelio Galvan Chavez, 35, faces up to life in federal prison.

Jurors decided Monday that Chavez was guilty of conspiracy to possess or distribute cocaine or methamphetamine, harboring illegal immigrants, using a cellular telephone in the commission of an unlawful act and a firearms charge.

The restaurant on Shoreline Drive in Gulf Breeze remains closed until further notice. Sentencing was not set as of press time.
