Correction:

In the Jan. 10 issue of Gulf Breeze News, the amount calculated per square foot for an institutional business under Midway Fire District's proposal would be 42 cents. The figure for the amount Bay Breeze Nursing Home would pay if MFD's proposal is adopted was correct, however.

In the Jan. 17 issue of Gulf Breeze News, the amount reported that the Breeze 8 Cinema currently pays in Midway Fire Assessment is actually $4,088.91. The figure reported refers to the amount paid for the Pea Ridge theatre, which is not in the Midway Fire District.

In the Jan. 17 issue of Gulf Breeze News, a letter to the editor from a private individual was unintentionally tagged with that person's title and place of employment.
