"The key to a company's success is the whole team working together and supporting each other," says Gary Michaels, operations managing. "We are proud of the ladies of Resort Realty who have worked so hard in these tough economic times to provide the most progressive services in the market. When each member of the team does their part and picks up a piece then you can provide a higher level of services to the client."

Resort Realty has fine tuned a market specialization that helps its customers, even in a tight market.

"We have worked with physicians groups and companies to provide relocation assistance. Typically when a company is trying hard to recruit talent to their company, the decision becomes more about whether candidates 'like our area.' With native realtors who grew up and know this area we act as a "neutral" party to sell what our area has to offer, thus increasing the recruiters' chance of a successful hire. We act as a tour guide to the area and often assist with reservations or even short term leases in one of our beautiful Resort Destinations."

"I worked Resort Realty and Cherry Fitch when we relocated, and I cannot say enough about how she welcomed us and informed us. She gave us so much of her personal time, she invited us to events and told us everything about the local market," says Shannon Paulos. Paulos' husband, Dr. Lonnie Paulos, recently moved to Gulf Breeze from Houston, Texas, where he served as medical director of the American Sports Medicine Alliance and professor of orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, and is heading up the Andrews-Paulos Research Center at Andrews Institute.

"She guided us to a purchase that was a good value and in a very desirable location. We are pleased."

In a COMPETITIVE market, it's important to work with trained experts who have assisted clients in difficult times to sell their properties. Resort Realty realtors can OFTEN work with mortgage holders to help clients work out a short sale and avoid a foreclosure. It is a very tentative process, and requires the upmost in attention and knowledge, and Resort Realty realtors have the training to get the job done.

On-site sales offices are staffed seven days a week at Emerald Isle, Beach Club and Portofino Island. These upscale resort destinations attract visitors, and Resort Realty representative are there when folks check in - ready to turn that rental into a purchase opportunity. "Our Resorts are often the "gateway" to our community," Michaels explains. "We are there to meet and greet new arrivals to our community," says Sherry Grayson. "When they fall in love with the area, we can help them own the lifestyle!"

"We have a lot of clients that come to Andrews Institute from out of town," says Jay Vines, Andrews Institute Administrator. "Some want to stay in the heart of Pensacola

Beach in a hotel, enjoying all the action and all diversity that area has to offer. But a lot of our clients want to retreat to a condo suite, enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of a resort like Portofino that is in a less commercial area of the beach. We can count on our relationship with Resort Realty when they accommodate one of our guests; there is total anonymity and privacy. And the guests enjoy working with them and staying there."

Resort Realty professionals are in the community networking and serving which also increases their effectiveness. Resort Realty principals and employees sponsor, support and are actively committed to many worthwhile events and entities such as Pensacola Museum of Arts, Gulf Breeze Chamber, Children's Homes Society, Favor House, WSRE, Gulf Breeze Rotary, Pensacola Beach Optimist Club, Santa Rosa Education Foundation, Pensacola Symphony, Pensacola Young Professionals, NCADD and Leadership Pensacola to name a few!

"The foundation of our culture is about getting involved in the community and giving back," affirms Mark Lee, Broker. "I am most proud of the team's involvement. It is one thing to say you give back and a whole other aspect to actively participate. It requires a lot of extra time, commitment and energy to 'step up to the plate.'"

There is no doubt that customers understand that the market is difficult right now and expect more than a yard sign or a file in the MLS. Resort Realty uses a targeted marketing plan that utilizes every media possible to get the word out about available homes, lots and condos. "We don't just target those who are looking," says Lee. "Resort Realty has sent out over 1 million direct mail pieces targeting the Southeast in the past year. We have an extraordinary amount of leads and buyers that may be slow to "pull the trigger" right now because they trying to time the market, but their love and interest in our beautiful area has not diminished at all. The team does a great job of consistently staying in touch with these leads knowing that they will become buyers if we keep them informed."

In today's market, many consumers search for properties on the web, and Resort Realty connects to International websites like Worldproperties.com and Realtor .com. Resort Realty even facilitated a feature on Pensacola as one of the Top areas to buy property in a Canadian Real Estate magazine in its November edition.

"We found the Resort Realty team through the internet," says Wally Farej. "They came up on the search engines right away and we found their website to be very user friendly and informative. They were great to work with and helped educate us on the entire area but we fell in love with Gulf Breeze because of the school systems. We bought a Beach property at Baywatch for the family to enjoy and are moving into our Grand Point home this week!" Farej and his wife Meghan recently relocated from the Chicago area.

Whether it's in the community, on the web or at an Open House near you, Resort Realty is serving and sustaining the best of the Gulf Coast lifestyle!
