Publication is being made to notify the birth father that Baby Boy has been placed for adoption. Publication is made under Florida Statutes, Chapter 49.011(10) to provide substitute service on the birth father of Baby Boy whose date of birth is September 15, 2008. Because your current address is unknown, this publication is your only notice that action is being taken to terminate your parental rights. The description of the birth father provided by the birth mother, AH, is that he is a white male, 6' 2", 300 lbs., tan skin color, brown/red hair, brown eyes, heavy build, Caucasian, date of birth January 11, 1987, and last known address that she knew of was 3300 Santa Rosa Dr., Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. However, later it was found that birth father resided at 122 Tripp Lane, Ocilla, GA 31774 and has since moved. Conception occurred in Escambia County. Per Florida Statutes, Chapter 49.09, the return day for service upon the birth father is the first date of publication of this notice. A birth father may assert paternity. Within 30 days of the first date of publication, you must file an Affidavit of Commitment that includes submission to the jurisdiction of the court for support to be ordered, if paternity is established; and, a written plan as to how you will care for the child if you assert your parental rights.
