'Eagle Eye' has very bad vision

      The last movie that teamed director D.J. Caruso and Shia LaBeouf was "Disturbia," the stupid and shoddily made ripoff of Hitchcock's "Rear Window." A rip-off that stole so much from the source material that a lawsuit has been filed claiming the movie was an unauthorized remake. Their latest team-up is a high-tech, ridiculous rip-off of "The Man Who Knew Too Much.

      Dive Pros and Barracuda Dive Club are hosting the 17th Annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest & Raffle on Saturday, Oct. 18 at Shoreline Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration and safety checks begin at 11 a.m. The contest will be followed by a cookout at 1 p.m.
