1921-2008
Thomas Allen Reinschmidt, 86, of Gulf Breeze, passed away Sunday, Sept. 7. Reinschmidt retired from the Armed Forces after a distinguished 30-year career. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Juliette Reinschmidt; and brothers: Albert, Jack, Julian and Dutch Reinschmidt. Survivors include his wife, Ginger Reinschmidt; son, Mike; and sister, Julie Reinschmidt, Sister of Mercy. A memorial service was held Thursday, Sept. 11, at Rose Lawn Funeral Home. Interment with full military honors was Friday at Barrancas National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society in Reinschmidt's memory are requested.
