Attention Quietwater Boardwalk employees: Find somewhere else to park
      As the schools open and tourist season winds down, the parking squeeze on Pensacola Beach get some relief. Now, a ruling by the Santa Rosa Island Authority will provide for additional parking in the Quietwater boardwalk lot as employees must park elsewhere.

Innisfree building Holiday Inn on Pensacola Beach at Beachside site
      Innisfree Hotels will break ground on a unique 206 room Holiday Inn on Pensacola Beach in October to be open for spring vacations in 2010. The hotel will be next to the Hilton Hotel, constructed on the site of the former Beachside Resort, destroyed by Hurricane Ivan.
