Rosa Lee Mead, 47, of Gulf Breeze, passed away Thursday, July 31, in a pedestrian/vehicle accident in Midway. Mead, a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend, was born in Lake Charles, La., in 1961.
