      Ambulance fee irks new mother I thought you might like to know that Lifeguard Ambulance Service is not all about helping people. When they transported my daughter, who was actually born minutes before they arrived, and me, they used oxygen on her but not on me. However, when we received the bill, they charged me an additional $50 for "Oxygen Delivery and Supplies.
