Zoo to throw party for new giraffe 'Colby' The Zoo-Northwest Florida will host a Longneck Party on Friday, May 9, from 7-10 p.m. to celebrate the arrival of its new giraffe 'Colby' and unveil the newly renovated giraffe exhibit. The event is open to the public and ticket prices are $30 per individual or $50 per couple, which includes admission and two drink tickets. The party will feature live music, heavy hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, 50/50 raffle and prize drawings. Tickets can be purchased at The Zoo or by contacting executive director Danyelle Lantz (850) 932-2229. |
