      James H. "Jim" Farrar, age 63, of Navarre, passed away after a brief illness on March 25. Jim was born on September 19, 1944 in Bell, CA. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for over 25 years, retiring from the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) with the rank of Captain in 1989.
