GBHS science team excels at state level

      Most students are bummed when it's time to go to science, while others are excited. You may call them nerds, or geeks, but they don't care. They proudly wear their shirt that says "Talk Nerdy to Me." In science, there are so many fields ranging literally from A to Z From Acoustics to Zoology.

West Florida Genealogy society to meet April 5 in Pensacola to trace roots

      There will be an extraordinary opportunity offered free on April 5 to residents who suspect they are descendants of early Escambia and Santa Rosa pioneers. That morning beginning at 9 a.m. the West Florida Genealogy Society (WFGS) will hold a free Family History Day at the Bayview Senior Center at Bayview Park.
