Holiday rush
     Carl Dodson, Glenn West and Audrey Posey work the counter at the Gulf Breeze Post Office during the Christmas rush. "This post office has volume unlike any I've seen in any office before," says Postmaster Kyle Wieck. Wieck worked in the Mississippi District for 11 years and was awarded the Gulf Breeze position in April.

PJC administrator visits Thai colleges
      Gulf Breeze resident Dr. Jim Martin, Vice President for student affairs at Pensacola Junior College, was a member of a six person American delegation to Thailand at the end of 2007. Martin joined college administrators and trustees from North Carolina, New York, Missouri, and Illinois in visiting three of Thailand's 18 community colleges.

Mayokis carol for neighbors and seniors
      The Mayokis' Fiesta Group hosts an annual Christmas caroling event each year throughout the Bay Cliffs and Plantation Hill neighborhoods and this year was no different. The group also sponsors the Mayoki Bunco Babes, who found a special way to celebrate Christmas this year.
