Blast into 2008 with fireworks party at Casino Beach

The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the arrival of the 2008 on Monday, Dec. 31, featuring a "family friendly" event from 9 p.m. to 12 midnight at the Gulf Side Pavilion.

The evening will feature face tattoos, a DJ and music by Boogie Inc, Kids Karaoke begin- ning at 9 p.m. and culminate with a countdown to the New Year capped off by a fireworks display. Limited shelter is provided in case of cold weather or precipitation.

Free parking will be available at Casino Beach Parking Lot.
