Elks Christmas Members of Elks Lodge number 497 on Pensacola Beach threw their first children's Christmas party since Hurricane Ivan hit the beach in 2004. This year, the Elks opened their party to foster children in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. Carrie Wiggins, Lois Jernigan, Sandy Milburn organized the Children's Christmas party.
