Chicago Bears fullback Jason McKie (GBHS c/o '98) found the end zone for the first time this season Monday against the Minnesota Vikings. Problem was Minnesota's Adrian Peterson found it twice as the Vikings eliminated the Bears from postseason contention with a 20-13 win in Minneapolis.

McKie scored on a one-yard run with 30 seconds left in the first half. The touchdown came after what was originally called a 12- yard touchdown pass from Kyle Orton to Mushin Muhammad was reviewed and reversed, putting the ball on the one-yard line.
Primarily used as a run blocker for Cedric Benson and a pass protector, McKie has four rushes for 12 yards and eight catches for 23 yards this season.
With the loss, Chicago (5-9), Philadelphia, Detroit, Carolina and Arizona (all 6-8) were eliminated. The Saints (7-7) are one of four teams still alive for the final two NFC playoff spots.
