GBMS National Geographic Bee January 11 The first round of the Gulf Breeze Middle level National Geographic Bee will be held at Gulf Breeze Middle School on Friday, Jan. 11 in the library. Thirty-one students will participate in the Bee. Until then, the students will be busy studying, researching and cramming in last bits of information before the Bee. The School Bee will yield 10 finalists who will compete in the finals on Jan. 16. The school winner will then be administered a test, given by JoAnn Considine, the school's Bee coordinator and Geography teacher at GBMS. Those results will be sent to Washington D.C. to determine if the school winner will advance to the state level.
