Dolphins draw twice in Tallahassee
. Farmer scores all three goals in 3-3 tie with Lincoln

The Gulf Breeze boys soccer team tied a pair of games in Tallahassee last weekend. The Dolphins tied Leon 0-0 Friday before tying Lincoln 3-3 on Saturday.

Thomas Farmer scored all three of the Dolphins' goals against Lincoln. The first came off an assist by Jason Lambert. Farmer then scored on a penalty kick to tie the game at two midway through the second half. Jack Begley was taken down in the box after fielding a pass from Kyle Losoya.

Farmer completed the hat trick with about 13 minutes left, burying a ball into the lower left corner on a failed clear by the Lincoln defense. But Lincoln would score the equalizer with about five minutes left.

Mikey Green scored both goals, both off assists by Blake Trotter as the Dolphins beat Leon Friday.

Dolphin JV 1, Lincoln JV 0 Trotter scored the game's only goal in the first half off an assist by Hayes Sperry.

Malloy

Begley's second goal of the game ensured the Dolphins' second mercy rule win over the Jaguars Dec. 4.

Farmer and Ortiz also scored twice. It was the first multi goal game of the season for all three. Malloy had a goal and four assists for the Dolphins, who scored five of their eight goals off 'set pieces.'

Farmer scored the game's first goal on a penalty kick in the sixth minute after a Jaguar was whistled for a hand ball in the box.

Two minutes later, Gibble fielded a ball from Parrish, who chest trapped a pass and fed it from the right to Gibble in the middle.

Farmer's second goal of the game made it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. Gibble's corner kick led to the goal. Three minutes later, the first of three Malloy corner kicks resulted in a goal, this one from Ortiz.

The Jaguars' best scoring chance came in the 27th minute, when Losoya fouled a West Florida player in the box. But Richard Benson made a diving save on the penalty kick to keep the shutout bid alive.

D. Gibble
The Dolphins tacked on two more in the final five minutes of the first half. Ortiz put away a pass from Malloy in the 36th minute before Begley scored off a Malloy corner in the 39th minute.

Malloy headed in a cross from Farmer in the 45th minute before Begley headed in a corner from Malloy in the final two minutes to end the game. Hayes Sperry made one in the second half.

Dolphin JV 5,West Florida 0 Gibble score twice and had an assist, while Alex Colston had a goal and an assist for the Dolphin JV.

Mikey Green scored his seventh goal in as many matches, while Chance Wynn added a goal. Jason Lambert added an assist, while Alex Crush had the shutout in goal, making one save.
