A fond farewell

Rick and Marilyn Sundstrom, long time beach residents, show the appreciation award they received at their send-off party Nov. 20 from the Pensacola Beach Optimist Club at the Santa Rosa Towers party room. Marilyn was a substitute teacher and board member of the Pensacola Beach Elementary School, and Rick was active in emergency response during recent storm years with his work with the Red Cross. The club members wished the couple well in their future endeavors and let them know they will be missed.
