Fitch, Jurkowich cement business, community mission at Resort Realty
Resort Realty is much more than highly successful group of Realtors; Resort Realty is committed to supporting and serving the community in every way possible.

Cherry Fitch and Karen Jurkowich dedicate themselves to their customers, church and community with a passion that reflects their commitment to excellence.
"We are blessed to have fabulous realtors at Resort Realty," praises Broker Mark Lee. "Cherry Fitch and Karen Jurkowich are great representations of the kind of professional we work with - they share the commitments that we have. Both work hard for their customers and work constantly for their community. They cement the Mission we are committed to at Resort Realty."

"I sometimes get exhausted watching Cherry's energy," Gary Michaels says about Fitch. "I watched for years as she worked tirelessly for Gulf Breeze High at student events. She seemed to know each student by name and truly connected to them. She made the transition and now runs tirelessly in the same way for her community."

When Fitch "graduated"

Lee
with the class of 2006 after over 30 years in education, she wanted to find a job that continued her emphasis on service, and which gave her a lot of interaction with others in the community. And she wanted to maintain the commitment to excellence that landed her the honor of Florida Principal of the Year for 2005.

"It is an amazing joy to now help some of my former students buy their first homes," Fitch shares. "This is the perfect career to follow my GBHS experience. I can certainly sell home buyers on the area's amazing schools!"

Fitch serves on the Gulf Breeze Chamber Board of Directors, Gulf Breeze Rotary Board of Directors, City of Gulf Breeze Architectural review board, Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church Leadership Council, Board of directors for Santa Rosa County Educational Foundation, serves on the County Board of Adjustment as well as state wide selection committees.

"Cherry and Karen are huge assets and amaze me in their knowledge of real estate," says Lee. " So much of real estate sales is about bringing buyers and sellers together, not just putting a sign up. Over 50 percent of our listings we have brought the buyer to the table. We know that networking in the community is key to being successful in this business. "

Michaels
" We joined Resort Realty as managing broker because the owners have a culture that is committed to quality service for the customer and committed to making an impact on our community. We have had a number of people calling to join Levin-Rinke Resort Realty - and Karen was the perfect addition because she fit with the culture we are committed to. She is committed to making this community a better place to live"

Jurkowich is also passionately involved in her community and her church. She has served as the choir director for the Our Lady

Church for nearly 20 years and composed the music for the Joy For the Beach celebration last year that was sponsored by the Pensacola Beach Optimists Club of which she is also an active member. She is the Chairman of the Board for the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence of Northwest Florida and met with Congressional Leaders on Capitol Hill in October to discuss parity for substance abuse and mental health and to do away with the stigma associated with these issues.

Fitch and Jurkowich stand by the beach bridge that unites the communities they serve, bringing them closer together.
Jurkowich is on the Executive committee of the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce and says she "loves the mission of the chamber and cannot help but be drawn to it."

With five years of experience as a professional realtor, she believes everyone should find what they are passionate about and do it! She fills her days with all that she supports. "I learned a great lesson from my parents," she says with a huge smile."Live well, don't just take up space. That's who I am and how I live!"

"These ladies have great personalities, are involved heavily in the beach and Gulf Breeze communities and are out there looking for buyers and sellers," says Lee. "We have a lot of people coming to this area through Andrews Institute, and professional relocation. Everyone who meets Cherry and Karen know they have quality individuals familiar with this community working for them."
