PAULINE JOYCE DARSCH 1930-2007

Pauline Joyce Darsch, 77, of Margaree Harbor, Nova Scotia, and Englewood, Florida, passed away on Sunday, September 23, at Victoria General Hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Born May 15, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Armstrong.

She loved all her friends from Cape Breton to Massachusetts to Florida. She was a fun-loving traveler, talented crafter, meticulous housekeeper, and a fairy godmother of holidays.

Polly was the beloved wife of Wallace Darsch and beloved mother of Peter Paulding of Gulf Breeze, Florida; Robert Paulding of Yarmouthport, Massachusetts; Betsy Kelley of Paris, Kentucky; Susan Nemmers of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts; Douglas Paulding of South Salem, New York; and Barbara Paulding of Stamford, Connecticut. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

A service was held on Saturday, Sept. 29, at First Congregational Church in Hanson, Mass. (639 High Street), followed by a reception at the Monponsett Inn in Halifax (555 Monponsett Street).
