AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING ORDINANCE 2006-37; AMENDING THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SECTION 102 , WORDS

DEFINED- WIND BORNE DEBRIS LINE; PROVIDING FOR

CODIFICATION; AND, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

These proposed Ordinances may be inspected by the public prior to the above scheduled meeting at the Office of the Clerk of Courts, BOCC Support Services Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida. RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Lettie Laverta, PETITIONED the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida, to vacate, abandon, discontinue and renounce any interest and right of the public in and to the following described property to-wit:

Railroad Street to the west of Block 32 of the Floridatown

Subdivision, as Subdivision, as recorded in Deed Book A-8,

page 76, of the public records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners determined to have a public hearing for the purpose of considering the advisability of vacating and abandoning said rights-of-way, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have on this the 27th day of September, 2007, conducted said public hearing in conformity to the said publication of their intent, and

WHEREAS, after hearing all comments concerning said vacation of the above described rights-of-way, the Board, being fully advised, and it being determined that the public interest will be best served and protected by vacating and abandoning said rights-of-way, therefore,
